Bill is extremely knowledgeable as much as he is friendly. He took the time to show me the intricacies of our water system and was passionate about it. He was very responsive and encouraged me to reach out at any time to his 24/7 line if I needed anything or had any questions. I strongly recommend Bill and Alpha Water Systems to anyone in need!
Bill (Bob? sorry! Terrible with names!) was absolutely fantastic! Called up about a pressure switch problem, and instead of raking me over the coals and sending someone out for a few hundred bucks, he quickly explained to me what the problem was and how to fix it myself! I pointed out that was really nice of him and he didn't have to do that, i would've paid for a service call, and he was so gracious about it! just a really good guy, couldn't have been happier with how i was treated! he may not have made any money today, but in the future, there is no problem with this system i wouldn't call alpha first to fix! A++++! definitely call these guys for any water needs you might have! thx again!
