We had a great experience with install!! Our GC reached out to fix some inspection issues, but no response. This was over the past 2-4 years. We still don’t pass town inspection:(
I have reached out several times in the past month because our remote no longer connects. Great initial response, but we still have no appointment or suggested resolution
I like this company a lot. Excellent service by people very knowledgeable about their products. We had an outdoor fireplace installed several years ago by a plumber. It was a constant source of frustration for us because the pilot was always going out and re-lighting it was not easy. Alpine's serviceman, Tom, pointed out that the system was for inside use, not outside. Owner Steve and son Luke replaced it with a new system that has electric ignition, so no more issues with the pilot going out. They were, prompt, professional and efficient. A 5-star operation for sure.
Can’t say enough about how thrilled we are with our new fireplace gas log set. Steve, the owner is great. He picked out the log set that would work best, and we are thrilled. He personally came out to our house to look at our existing fireplace so that we would have the perfect size fireplace log set…it looks amazing. Highly recommend!
Beautiful work! We are very happy with the finished product. He stuck to our timeline and budget and it turned out exactly how we envisioned! I would definitely recommend Steve.
