We are so incredibly lucky to have Dr. Altshuler for our sons. She has been blessing to say the least.

Starting from the nurses to staff members they have been great as well!

The doctors here have been really good. We’ve seen both Dr. Ghosh and Dr. Altshuler. But, like others have said, it is impossible to get in touch with them in the morning. The office is supposed to open at 8:30 am (according to their answering service) but routinely no one answers the phone until 9 am or later. Really unprofessional, and really upsetting when you have a kid who’s gotten sick overnight and you need to make an appointment.

From baby shots through puberty, Dr. Altshuler has provided consistently thorough and high-quality care for my family for over 20 years. She is a doctor who truly cares about kids and parents. She speaks to children directly and takes an interest in whatever is going on with them, through every stage. Middle of the night, weekends, emergencies, follow up, concern, guidance and reassurance - she has been there for us, for all of it. I can't say enough. She is a wonderful doctor.

The office staff is also amazing. They are busy, but try hard to provide excellent service/support and are very knowledgeable. They have camp and sports forms filled out in no time (at no charge by the way, like some other offices), prescriptions called in before you ask, and always have an ear to help when you call.

Dr. Altshuler is always thorough when examing and diagnosing my children. I especially like how she speaks directly to my child about how they feel first and then asks me. I highly recommend this practice. We have moved around quite a bit and she is by far the most highly skilled pediatrician my girls have ever seen. Regarding previous comments about the office staff, I see it somewhat but no more than I have experienced at any other dr’s office: For me, it is irrelevant because in the end, we recieve the highest quality medical care and that is my priority.

Dr. Altshuler is amazing! She was extremely thorough on our first visit and continues to give my son top of the line care. He has special medical needs and she is always well versed in his chart and all of his hospital records before we come to the office. We never wait in the waiting room and the staff has always been excellent as well. We need a lot of referrals for our insurance and all the therapies he needs and they are always quick to respond and efficient. We have been thrilled with the care there.
