APP and Dr. Kingsborough where the sail in the storm. After 30 years of battling clinical depression and seeing many doctors, i finally met someone who truly listened and held space for my healing. He helped me see that my stories can be soneone elses medicine. I'm forever greatful I made that call.
I’ve been searching for a particular psychiatrist to talk to, my standards are high and kind of weird. But I had an amazing first introduction with Dr. Kingsborough. Idk what it is, but he just has this relatableness to him and like actual knowledge and feelings and I feel like I can just be myself and open up and connect with him. I’ve talked with many therapists and could never find that true like, comfortable connection with anyone, but he really opened up my eyes and just let me be me in our conversations. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about you and not just how they can bill you, then Dr. Kingsborough is probably for you. He’s young, he’s very open to everything and anything you have to say, he and I just really connected and that’s what’s definitely important to having a good psychiatrist. I just felt safe when talking to him and that’s what I was looking for. To feel safe about sharing my feelings with someone else. I’m glad we connected because I have some serious weight off my shoulders because of him. So if you read this Doc, thank you! Can’t wait to talk again.
