We had a def header go bad and freightliner of Phila got me in the same day and was able to check our extended warranty and get it covered. Greg and Laura the service advisors were great in communication and getting bus done. Highly recommend
Greg kemp and Laura balsley are really good good at their jobs however the parts department not so much came in dec 9th for radiator repair the parts department told me the had an aftermarket radiator well the radiator was not the right ( didn’t fit) so Laura found one had it brought in and they got me out on dec 11 $240 an hr for labor is high $1100 for parts $2300 for labor but all in all thank you Greg and Laura job well done
The absolute best customer service, Laura Balsley is an amazing human and treated us with the best of care. Her honesty and sincerity is not to ever be overlooked. I would recommend service at his location to anyone looking for the best care possible.

Not sure of all the negative reviews of this dealer. Every experience i have had has been positive. Always communicates with me. When they say they will look at it they look at it and when they say its going to be done, its done. Will keep going back
