i will not bring my dog here moving forward. i tried to let this go instead of being negative, but my experience after several visits here is just not good. after looking at my credit card statement and the level of service i received and how stressed my dog was during the time under their care, i cannot in good conscious recommend this place to other pet parents. i added a star for dr. zelinski, who is a good vet, but the office itself has far too many inconsistencies for me to feel comfortable returning
We’ve been coming to this clinic for four years with our dog, and we couldn’t be happier. They always provide great care and support. We’ve traveled abroad several times, and the staff was so helpful with all the travel paperwork — everything went smoothly. Prices are reasonable, and everyone is kind and professional. Animal General on Hudson is simply amazing! 🤩 It’s friendly staff, reasonable fees, and knowledgeable veterinarians, provided excellent care to my dog. My dog has a condition that requires daily medication and they didn't hesitate to admit her as a new patient to ensure she receives proper treatment. They treated us all like established patients and gave us the help we needed. I will definitely return here for my pet's annual checkups. Thanks to all for what you do!
10/10 I definitely recommend coming to this veterinary! All of the staffs were wonderful, they made sure to show lots of care and love for my 6 week old (almost 7) kitten Lucky! Dr. Lang was very sweet with her and making lots of jokes so that the patient and the pet can feel calm. She also helped explain everything and answered questions very well. As well the nurses Priscilla and Corey for loving my baby like their own, especially when cutting her nails! Thank you so much again and can't wait to see them again.
