After several visits, my issue remained unresolved. The provider had recommended an alternative treatment, which I initially declined as I am not a fan of needles. Later, I contacted the office to inquire about the cost and possible side effects of the treatment. I requested a call back or at least an email, but the staff who were rather impolite said they would relay the message. I never received a follow up call. When I called back, I was told she would only discuss such matters in a meeting and that my request was documented in my file.
I would expect more responsiveness when dealing with medical concerns, especially after making a significant financial investment. While she appeared kind, some members of the office staff were noticeably curt. Fortunately, there are many professionals in this field to choose from.
Google keeps erasing my review. Dr. L. is a fantastic podiatrist who really knows her stuff. I recommend her and her staff highly. - Belinda R.
Really nice podiatrist, all the staff made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Lazovik explained everything very well, and despite it being my first time seeing a podiatrist and being kind of awkward none of the staff or her were impatient with me. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Lazovik and her staff.
