We’ve been there twice. The first time, our appointment was at 4 p.m., but when we arrived there were 3–4 people waiting in the lobby and just as many already in the exam rooms. I was there with my young son, so after seeing the crowd, we decided to leave.
The second time, we had a 9 a.m. appointment and were supposed to be the first patients of the day. We arrived right at 9 a.m., at the same time as the doctor, and then had to wait about 20 minutes for him to get settled and begin. I find this disrespectful to patients—especially young children who cannot wait that long.
Aside from the waiting experience, the doctor himself was fine.
Truly an amazing person! Doctor goes above and beyond to help his patients. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Chouake is an extraordinary doctor who truly cares about his patients. Not only does he prioritize the well being and care of each individual who comes through his door, he also made me feel comfortable and worry free in spite of what my worries were. He listened intently to what my concerns were, and addressed them with professionalism and character. Along with this, his office staff was warm, friendly, welcoming, and kind. I am so grateful that I found such a profoundly wonderful doctor. He is a step above the rest, and I would recommend him to anyone seeking out a dermatologist!
