The heating furnace in my home stopped working on a 12 degree morning. An ignitor was needed and Sal had the part in stock. Sal is the man.

Very glad this place is still around. They get genuine OEM parts. They help you find whatever you need and make sure that you get the accurate part, and everything is shipped to the store very quickly if they don’t have it in stock. Just all around great customer service and a vital part of the community. Before you go buying appliance parts online, I would start here.
Outstanding service !!! I called … gave them the model number of my older dryer cause it needed a new belt ..… they had the part in stock !!! Grabbed it I installed it myself … and the dryer is back to doing what it does best being a dryer at the height of its time thank you guys !! Great prices and great parts !
Although I did not end up doing business with this store, it is good to know it exists. The gentleman behind the counter, Sal seemed fairly helpful. I can see how from his responses he can seem unhelpful if you did not do the heavy lifting and research before knowing what you need and want.
I also am unsure why there are comments about price gouging, they seemed to have prices that are comparable to what is available on the market, if not cheaper even if you can't get the part right away.
If I did need a part, I'd probably check here first. All and all, I'd be skeptical of the other reviews here until You talk to the people who work here.
Also, they have a pretty cool giant bell at the front desk! :)
