ARCH Training

I recently started group training with tom . It is 4 girls each with different fitness goals and ability and tom does an amazing job creating a program to meet all of our needs. He monitors all of our form to make sure we are doing the exercise correctly so we get the most of our workout without any potential injuries . Each week he comes up with a session that is challenging for all us in a creative and fun way . Each exercise targets a specific muscle so we can eventually see results and we can bring these moves into our individual workouts . I look forward to our sessions with Tom and learning new techniques to further enhance my exercise routine

Every class is different and always challenging. The trainers are always welcoming and friendly. They are constantly updating the gym. I mean constantly. New equipment every month. I joined in 2019 and have never considered changing ever. Great place!!

The Arch facility is always clean and the staff is welcoming. The trainers are knowledgeable and take the time to ensure you're performing movements with proper technique.

The classes are challenging and the trainers are engaged, making them fun.

I signed up this year after hitting a plateau, this place absolutely CHANGED the way I lift. The energy at this gym is just different. The members ARCH attract is top tier, respectful and everyone is just great. The owners, staff, trainers all care about you and it shows, since I’ve started they’ve went above and beyond. Equipment is the best quality and they always have new pieces coming in (blows my mind). The gym has it all and I’m looking forward to 2025 @ ARCH.

Great gym. Awesome pieces of equipment. It’s always clean and organized. Good music and vibe. I love the open garage doors in the summer and the option to train outside
