I am deeply disappointed for I think this restaurant is closed. There is no sign. This is my favorite restaurant, which I visit twice a week. After eating a salad here, I will never order one elsewhere. What I like is that the salad is chopped up into small eatable pieces. I never enjoyed eating a salad like I have enjoyed it here. I once went to Salad Works. I took one piece of lettuce on my fork and all the extras fell onto the table. Never will I ever go back there or eat a salad with such large pieces again. This was the best place and the workers were great. My only negative comment is that the place is not air-conditioned and I felt very sorry for the workers having to suffer. I am so sorry to see this place go. I don't think there are other locations either. So sad!
My sister and I ordered 2 make your own salads. Unfortunately, the chicken was extremely rubbery and flavorless. I think it was old. We paid $30 total and to be honest, it’s not the quality we expected for that kind of money. For some reason our salads tasted very sour and the feta also felt very aged. On the bright side, this is one of the only salad places in the area, so I’m glad that someone took an initiative to open a place like this. The ambience is also nice, so for those reasons I gave it 3 stars. Otherwise, I really wished the quality of the food was better…
Over the years this place has change so much. Tables are dirty. Floors are dirty. Dirty walls. Dusty place. My pesto chicken sandwich was half warm meaning in the outside it was warm and inside cold. The sweet potato chips that it came with were very sad and disappointing and BURNT! Or either fried in dirty oil. Very sad honestly.
Everyone behind the counter were just having a good time and somewhat working. But tables needed to be cleaned as well as floors.
If they are going to charge so much then Make sure this place is kept to part. Never again and I rather get a salad from next door franks.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! I ordered the Harvest Salad today, and it was nothing like a salad! It was more like a bowl of overly chopped soggy and wilted lettuce mixed with a generous amount of toppings. You couldn’t even eat it with a fork! It was so soupy like you needed a spoon to eat it! They give you cheap forks that can’t even pick
up anything in the salad bowl! I wouldn’t call this a salad at all! The chicken in the so called salad tasted like it been sitting around all day! The salads don’t even come with a small piece of bread, and they don’t even sell any bread for additional charge! The reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they give you a generous amount of toppings for the price. I Don’t recommend coming here!
$13 for the turkey & avocado BLT is more like I wish I had turkey and avocado on my sandwich. 1 piece of turkey and a crumb of avocado w/ the cheapest bacon that is pure fat. I gave this place so many chances and keep ordering. It’s always a hit or miss and usually a miss it’s unfortunate bc I really like the sandwich when it is made the proper way.
