AdvancED Urgent Care is our go to when we need to see a doctor. It has ample parking and the wait time is usually not very long. Nurse Michael L. Has seen me and my wife for our intake and he is very friendly, personable and professional. My family and I have been seen here and for a variety of reasons and we are very happy they are here. Our PCP usually cannot get us in quickly, but we can always see a Dr when we need one here.
The people here are thoughtful, kind, and truly care! I came in feeling terrible but both Trinny and Tina made my experience so much better. They both were so warm and helped me feel comfortable! Matthew explained everything to me so well and seemed to really care about my symptoms/pain level. If you come here they are the best! :)
My family are frequent visitors and have always had a great experience. We have been lucky enough to see Dr. Van Pelt many times for a variety of things and each time I walk out so thankful that he was there that day. Everyone from the x-ray dept to the nurses are so kind and this facility can really do it all. They are a 10/10!!!
Dr Sennett was professional and compassionate. She really made an effort to connect with her patient and it bolstered our confidence in her advice to us. Sadly, doctors like Dr Sennett seem to be harder and harder to find. The other staff was also very accommodating and professional. Overall we had a great experience even with the wait time.
Karen was amazing with my registration. She was professional, fast & efficient in getting me the care I needed. Thank you for having Karen on your staff she is an extreme asset. Dr. Lewis was so outstanding. He listened intently & was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. I felt physically & mentally better after his outstanding care. Dr Lewis is amazing!
