Just moved in love it especially from coming from another community this a breath of fresh air Joanne in the office is amazing and down to earth everyone is helpful I love it here I have the two bedroom Catalina and it just was remodeled one year ago, so I have an updated Townhome brand new appliances brand new floor is brand new everything counters bathrooms I cannot ask for better
I’ve been living here for nearly 4 years now, and I love it. Despite one neighbor, everyone has been so kind, and I love the apartment! It’s a 2 bedroom two story apartment and when I moved in, it was a great price, especially for the space! I love how close we are to the shore, and close to all the stores on 72. The maintenance responds quickly, and while I wish two appliances were more updated and energy efficient, everything else has been great! I also love the pool, and the other amenities. The playground is in a central spot, and could use a little updating lol but it has swings so my kids are happy!
I highly recommend Atlantic Heights - my experience has been great. The folks that work at this location genuinely care about the tenants and providing an awesome place to live. I can't recommend the property managers and maintenance crew enough - they are the best! Anytime I've ever needed anything from the staff, everyone goes above and beyond. This community is also VERY dog friendly and welcomes dogs over 50 lbs which is a plus and hard to find. I highly recommend inquiring about living here if you are looking for a peaceful and clean community to live in.
I’ve lived here since 2013. The Property and grounds have always been kept nice. The rules are the rules but it’s what keeps it nice to live in here. It’s very quiet at night. The property management people in the front office are nice and will work with you if your running a little late one month. Overall Decent people here. decent place to live. Atlantic Height's is also located on the (better side of Barnegat).
I’ve lived in AH now almost 5 years. I started on my own in an upstairs one bedroom and I loved it. It was an open concept and the perfect amount of space for myself and my pup. I’ve been in other apartments so having washer dryer and all appliances in house was fantastic. Once I had my first born I was transferred to a 2 story 2 bedroom luckily within a month of the request. It’s perfect for my little family, I’ve been able to make a condo feel like a home. Staff and maintenance crew are always friendly, prompt and efficient especially Evana that woman goes above and beyond for me. I love having the park, the pool, the fenced in dog area, clubhouse and the recycling center all within a short walking distance. Updates of any changes are always mass emailed to stay up to date and any issues I have from daily wear at home, even something as small as a lightbulb, are always addressed same week. My neighbors are beyond friendly but at the same time everyone stays to themselves which is ideal. I have no issues with parking spots and guests always have plenty of open spaces near my door. I have nothing but great things to say that’s why we’ve been here 5 years!
