Tradewinds at Waretown

Great great job by the snow guys here. Rich and his team opened our parking spots, put salt down and helped my wife with her stuck car. Great job guys!

I've lived here for 3 years and have never had a single complaint. This place is very quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The neighbors and staff are very friendly.

And also I can't forget to mention that Christine is the best property manager I've ever met. She's always there to help you, whether it's with questions or complaints. She's always willing to answer, even when she's out of the office. She's very patient with everyone who lives here, who sometimes doesn't respect the rules. Christine is a lovely person; she's kind and respectful.

I have lived at Tradewinds @ Waretown for 3 years now and I love it here! Christine is extremely helpful the few times I did have any issue and willing to help in anyway she can! The maintenance crew is friendly and great to deal with. I would recommend to anyone that Tradewinds is a great place to live. Clean, well kept, etc. Christine is the glue that holds everything together and appreciate all she does for the residents!!!

My wife and I have lived in Tradewinds at Waretown for over 3 years now. Our building is always clean, our neighbors are friendly, and most importantly, we feel safe where we live, even with sharing walls with others.

All of our boxes have been checked as we've stayed here, and we've recommended friends that have moved here as well.

Anytime we have ever needed assistance, Christine the property manager has always been thorough, and pleasant to work with. She's available to us when we need her, and she always works fast to make sure that everything is taken care of.

I like the property. I’m going on my third lease here and I will say that Property Manager very good on taking care of problems that I’ve had in here. I would definitely recommend the apartments. The common area is very nice. The gym area is great for a quick work out. The pool is great for cooling down on those hot days or after that quick workout, lol. It’s been great being able to walk my dog around and they supply bags to be able to pick up the remains.
