Wonderful caring compassionate staff from start to finish...one of the best if not the best experience I have had at a medical facility.Everyone both kind and professional .I am not one to write reviews however this was such a unusually pleasant experience I felt they deserve to be acknowledged.Thank you to everyone there.
The best facility and prompt results, too. First-rate staff. All seem to be oriented to patient comfort. Kelly the Technician is so kind!
I had to have an x-ray at the Wall location today. The customer service was just wonderful. Everyone I spoke to from the initial phone call to make the appointment and the reception area personnel were all extremely helpful and friendly. I would most certainly recommend this location.
Early check in, pleasant front desk staff. Nurse Kristen and Tech Bob were amazing. Procedure was much faster than advertised and I just got the results 5 1/2 hours later. Amazing job. Highly recommend AMI!
This would not be my first choice. It was convenient for me by location. The building is nice, as is the facility. However, my experience after walking in went downhill. The receptionist needs a course in public relations. She just seemed like she really did not want to be there and was hoping l was not there either. I was completing paperwork and the technician called me in for my appointment, she rudely took the papers asking if I was done because they has come for me.
The best of the visit was one of the assistants who gave me the scrubs to put on. She was very nice. However she showed me where to lockers where to stow my clothes and two of them had keys that did not work. I had to move my things three times to find a working locker.
I went into the MRI room and was asked to lay down. I mentioned it was very chilly. They asked if I wanted a blanket, which I did. Inside the MRI machine cold air was blowing and even with the blanket it was cold!
The test was completed fairly quickly. Almost too quickly compared to past scans.
After changing back into my clothes, on my way out ( no escort just signs directing to exit) I asked for the disc of the scan and the same rude desk woman told me she would have to inquire. She disappeared and returned shortly with the disc. She just seemed very unhappy about me asking. I could go on but I think you get the giat.
My last MRI was at University Radiology, in Neptune. The place is not as posh and it is very busy with a longer wait but the people were much nicer! They asked if I had any favorite music and played it while I was in the machine. They also offered a blanket before I asked. They just made me feel much more like a patient and not just the next person to deal with. In the future I would go back there and sacrifice convenience and time.
