I placed an order for popcorn tins to use for storage of pizzelles I am making for Christmas.
Carlos emailed the particular design I ordered was unavailable. I was so disappointed because I needed to have them done for a pro. He suggested another Desi which I agreed too. I also explained my concern of not receiving them quick enough.
2 days later I received my order, and able to meet my project deadline not only on time, BUT, 2 days earlier with Carlos' exemplary customer service.
I am very happy that I chose a company who puts customers first and not a company who chooses to give excuses of why they can't help in meeting the needs of their customers.
