Bagel 10 Cafe

I've had some mixed results of food at this location. I've tried various things, not only including their bagels. I did a chicken gyro on pita once and it initially tasted good, but as I got to the bottom, the chicken tasted weird and I left it. The French fries I thought were overly fried as well. Almost no potato and all fried skin.

I tried their new chicken/lamb over rice platter. This was probably the best thing I've had here, although it was very expensive. I think just it with a water bottle went for 20 dollars. So price wise, I'd probably never get it again, but flavor wise, it was good and comparable to others I've had. I usually stick to the joints in Parsippany to get my chicken/lamb over rice since they're everywhere, but this is now the closet to where I live. Was happy to see it, though a tad sad on the price.

Though I'll give the place props for having friendly folks working there and a good amount of seating if you want to eat in. No issues with that.

The best bagel spot in town by far (with the best bagels). I used to love java joes but it’s only gotten better with the new owners. Even better bagels with better quality and value. The owner will remember you and always be courteous. Very polite pleasant staff. They have excellent variety and a cool selection of novelty food goods. I don’t get bagels anywhere else in the area.

I stop here all the time on my way to work. Bagels and spreads are good, taylor ham egg and cheese spot on, and they have a nice selection of other treats and baked goods. The coffee is okay. The staff are always friendly. This review is for breakfast only.

I come here quite a bit so I would hate to leave a negative review but hopefully this review is a wake up call to change protocol. Chicken cutlet or breaded chicken is supposed to be brown and crispy on the outside and white and juicy on the inside. I don’t know what kind of chicken they used but it certainly was not fresh and I’m not sure if it was real. A restaurant should never serve chicken like this to customers. Seems like this chicken is like weeks old. I felt remorse just eating it. Please change your chicken source or don’t serve old chicken. That is unacceptable for a restaurant.

My husband and I have made this our go to bagel spot. We have been here MANY times and it is consistently so so good! The bagels are always fresh, soft, and seasoned to perfection! They have an amazing selection of creamcheese and have really good home fry breakfast potatoes. We haven't tried lunch yet but am sure it would be amazing too! If you want a good bagel breakfast sandwich, give this place a try!
