Not of resident of rural new jersey but wow do these bagels make me want to be one! This little bagel shop was everything I ever dreamed of and more. Interesting drink options, handwritten, signs, and the smell of baking- just the perfect combination of happiness. I ordered a lox and cream cheese bagel and at first I was a little nervous like wait why did I just order salmon but wow it was so good. Had enough cream cheese to last me a week and the salmon was stacked. The bagel itself was crisp but soft and warm on the inside.

Recently made the switch from another bagel shop after being introduced to their dill pickle cream cheese (amazing, by the way). Their staff is great, well trained, and friendly. Their food is top notch and well priced. The atmosphere is inviting. Highly recommend!!!

Best bagels in the area hands down! Not only does the owner Rich hand roll each and every bagel himself but then between him and his wife Lisa (owner 2), they bake the bagels the traditional way; boiling them before baking as it should be! They are the epitome of a “Ma and Pa” bakery making everything by hand in store!

The perfect bagel! Not too puffy and not too tough. ET bacon egg and cheese bagel was good. (Can we get it with cheddar cheese instead of slimy American processed cheeselike food?)
The cinnamon bagel was good too
