Bamboo Sushi & Hibachi

I stopped by Bamboo Sushi and tried the spicy salmon and spicy tuna rolls—both were really solid. Fresh fish, nice texture, and just the right amount of heat without overpowering the flavor. The rice was well-seasoned and held together nicely, which I always appreciate.

The space has a cool, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall, a great spot if you’re craving sushi that’s fresh. Would definitely come back to try more of the menu.

The food was REALLY good!
Only bummer was that everything was serve in plastic plates and utensils.
It looks like they are not built to host eat-in.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place out since it’s so close to us and it was AMAZING! We’ve been back 4 times since! It’s absolutely our new favorite spot and we always go when we get the chance. The food is delicious and well priced too for the amount of food you get! I cannot recommend them enough, and their chicken teriyaki is out of this world! Definitely stop by if you get a chance!

just uncovered this new place in Dumont while looking for something to eat later at night. it's open till 10.30 pm! encouraged by great rankings I headed there and tried their tiger special roll with miso soup . all came out really fresh and delish... they put tiny chunks of fruit in the role, that makes it taste really well! the lady at the counter was super nice and friendly, excellent service, highly recommend

This is the third time i ordered the same bento dinner, its worth the price i love the chicken teriyaki with noodles underneath and i love paring it with extra shrimp tempura and their vegetable salad. The best Japanese resto in Dumont!
