I would of rated a 5. They have always did outstanding quality work and were a top notch roofing company. I had a new roof put on about a year ago and recently tried calling from the number on the website however the call does not go through. I’m concerned they are no longer in business. I’m hoping a reply to this review will clarify the situation and restore my confidence in what was otherwise an outstanding reputable company.
The professionalism from start of job to its completion was second to none. We had a new roof installed which included all new plywood and an attic fan. The crew consisted of all gentlemen who not only respected our property but also left the job site meticulous upon completion. I highly recommend Banner Roofing as they are a company you can trust.
Banner Exteriors is a quality company. We had a roof installed as well as new patio doors and a kitchen window a few years back. The value was excellent and we had a year no interest to pay it off. We recently had a leak by the chimney and I thought it to be the flashing. Banner came out within a week took pictures of the problem then showed us that it wasn't the flashing it was the chimney itself. Forman Greg a nice and knowledgeable guy who was part of the original installation as well as Val who had been communicating with me all along were nice enough to send us those pictures and describe what needs to be done to remedy the situation all without any cost to us. The only negative is that they don't repair chimneys or I would have had them do the job. You can't go wrong with Banner, they have been in business a long time and you see their signs on many lawns in New Jersey. Dave Zurick
