Top notch service from start to finish. I prefer to shop locally. First time I walked in the store Abby was extremely kind and helpful to find the carpeting I wanted. Ryan came by and measured, super kind and polite as well. Carpet came in quickly and installation immediately scheduled. The installers arrived exactly on time, were so kind, efficient and professional. Absolutely overall thrilled with my new carpet. Lots of stairs, landings and railings. First time trying Be Creative and now is the only place I would go to or recommend! Super thrilled and grateful.
