My first class was wonderful. The moves were easy to follow with modifiers for every yogi level. The intimate setting allows for peace and focus to be priority. Loved it.
As a beginner, I fully appreciate the approachable and incredibly warm atmosphere at Be Yoga. Excited to continue learning more with a great instructor!
Awesome yoga studio situated in the heart of Rumson! It has a peaceful and friendly atmosphere and is very well kept. The classes were optimized for all yoga skill levels and the instructors are AMAZING! My balance, technique, and strength has improved already and I’ll definitely be back.
Absolutely INCREDIBLE studio. Great for all ranges of experience with yoga. An incredibly inviting space and the owners and instructors are warm and welcoming. Highly recommend, will be coming back
This was my first visit to Be Yoga. The vibe is up beat and yet relaxing. The space is intimate, clean and inviting. Vanessa was the instructor. The class flowed and it was a fabulous session.
