Benihana - Short Hills

I stopped by for dinner on a whim and left pleasantly surprised. Service was prompt and friendly without being overbearing; our server checked in just enough. The food hit the spot - fresh, well-seasoned, and generous portions and the prices felt very reasonable for the quality. The dining room buzzed but stayed cozy, with warm lighting and simple decor. Good spot for a casual, budget-friendly meal.

Went to benihana for a birthday dinner. Was highly impressed by the amount of work they put into making every customer happy and styling the dishes to look appealing. Though the quality of the fish could be better, food was very yummy. The hibachi show was really cool and our chef, Marion, was very kind and we had a nice conversation with him. Overall, we are really grateful for our experience here and will recommend to many people. Will definitely come again!
