I’m curious what kind of studies do you offer?cosmetics,back patches?

I love doing studies here the staff is so nice except one of the guards forgot her name but she over exaggerates lol but the Doctors, Nurses, Janelle works in the kitchen made sure we had hot effetient meals. She made my time fly by being caring, compassionate, and friendly. The lab techs we also wonderful. This place is so clean. It's close to me and I always had good experiences when I did studies here. ❤️

This is by far the best place to be for studies. The entire staff is amazing they treat you wonderful and whatever you need they can try to get for you. The cafeteria lady is the best she is so nice. The study sponsor and staff are also nice. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and I would definitely come back to participate in another study.

Biotrail is a great facility. Very clean and well kept. But! They have THE WORST FOOD I’ve had in the entire east coast, and I’m not over exaggerating. The majority off the staff are friendly and professional, but the screening crew seems to be more worried about the lastest gossip instead of their job and somewhat rude. Nobody on their staff really listens to any requests made by in-patients, the sleeping areas are COLD & the staff will refuse to adjust the temperature. It’s best to Choisy about who you allow to draw your blood. If your staying there for more then 3 days bring your winter clothes.
I once was scheduled to check in for a study there, and as I was set to arrive there the company called and canceled the study 20 minutes before I was to arrive.
Did I mentioned that their food is AWFUL! Like seriously AWFUL!
But the facility is great!
