I want to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible Nursing Team in Sinai Post-Acute, Nursing &Rehab center especially Nurses such(Katherine, Miss,wick).From the moment I was admitted after my Stroke. The care i received was nothing short of Exceptional. Those Nurses explained every procedure medications and machine which significantly reduced my anxiety during a very stressful time. They didn't just performed their duties, they treated me with dignity and genuine kindness. A good shot out for the therapy Team. They're so competent and consistent
The Recreation Team also especially (Miss Stokes aka Poochi. I also thank my former Aids (Miss Cham,Tamara),Miss Emma, thank you for your support (the Haitian food)
In conclusion I highly recommend Sinai Post-Acute, their Services to anyone in need of critical care. THANK YOU DEBBIE,RALPH, MIRNA ETC...FOR EVERYTHING.
My comments are not about the facility but the people that really care I like to think Miss takia the social worker on the 6th floor I would like to think Saint Jean the a Terry Miss Melody I would like to thank Kenny the head nurse on the 7th floor I would like to thank Miss Pat on the 6th floor also Miss Brenda on the third floor so many great people there that helped me find my way and I also have an apartment because of this it's a diamond in the rough it depends on how bad you want to live again if I forgotten anyone or didn't mention anyone else I love you all you're my family sincerely yours Christopher Scott
