Nice preserve. I hiked in the northern and southern sections. Enjoyed the airfield and less crowded nature of the southern section and the bogs in the northern section. Did find myself getting turned around quite a bit in the northern section, maybe update trails with letters (or numbers) like in the southern section. If I had a suitable bike I'd love to come back for the trails, looked very fun and accessible.

Peaceful place to walk or run on developed trails through the bogs. It's beautiful any time of year but extra fun when covered in snow.

Best for early morning / evening walks. So peaceful.
    Multiple trails and nice markings.
We completed the Peaceful partners trail and long path loop (3.3 mi).
    Difficulty level : Easy

Absolutely gorgeous and peaceful place to get away. Lots of musical birds full of song to observe and hear, plus has great history to learn.

Great place to do just about anything. There’s bike trails, running trails, or trails that are great for a slow walk. The parking area doesn’t have that many spots so I recommend getting there pretty early. If the parking lot fills up I believe there’s another parking area across the street and there’s one more parking area I know of down the road a little. I got 2 ticks on this trail so don’t be like me and spray tick spray on yourself before going on this trail.
