Our family stored our stuff in this storage building for a year and it was perfect for our needs. 24 hour access, great quality doors and very clean. Management was always supportive when it came to moving truck placement in the parking lot and load ins and outs. I highly recommend using this storage unit in North Jersey.

I had a very pleasant experience at Access Storage today 7/11/25. Excellent customer service provided by Manager Eric Lopez, he was very understanding, patience and helpful to my needs.
Super easy online set up . I was met by Joseph and Eric at the facility and Saddle Brook about 30 minutes after I signed up online and was shown exactly what to do in just a few minutes and I was in my unit. A+ service. ___UPDATE . I've now been here for 5 months and the customer service is on point with a smile every time i'm there. I'm at storage sometimes for hours and many days in a row . Superb people .
