I stopped by Forte Piano on a whim after searching online for a piano for my mother (Her old one was woefully out of tune and was beyond salvageable). Their sales associate, Isaac, was very knowledgeable and very patient. He explained to me, a non-piano player, the differences between the brands and models, and the quality of the pianos' sound. He stayed past closing time to help guide me through the process of selecting the perfect piano.
When I decided to make the purchase, I requested a rush delivery. Forte Piano, Isaac, and the piano movers worked closely with me so that I could get the piano into my mother's house in the morning to surprise her.
I am writing this review as I listen to my mother happily play her new piano. And I think myself that this was one of the best large ticket item purchasing experiences that I've ever been a part of.

I purchased an upright piano from here about two months ago, and I’ve been meaning to leave a review ever since. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. Issac who helped me was incredibly professional and responsible. They patiently guided me through the selection process, helped me set up a payment plan that worked for my situation, and made sure everything went smoothly—even through the delivery process. I purchased a Kawai upright piano from Forte more than 2 years ago, and when I reached out again this month to inquire about trading in my upright for a grand piano, Isaac helped make the process extremely seamless! He provided a thorough list of options for the trade via email, showed me this selection in store while I had a chance to test play them all. In the end, we were able to close the deal on a Kawai KG-2S which was my top choice and fits beautifully in my new home. The piano was also delivered on my birthday, which made it extra special! Everything from the communication and the pickup/delivery schedules is very seamless and I got a new piano only a week after reaching out to Isaac, which was way faster than I had expected given this is a huge purchase. Thank you Isaac again for the pleasant experience, next time we have a need for another piano we know where to go!

My fiancé and I purchased our used 1988-1990 Upright Yamaha from Forte Piano Music a couple weeks ago, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience! Tolga and Isaac made the whole process quick and easy. My fiancé and I are still learning to play and Tolga played beautifully for us on a couple used upright Kawais and our Yamaha. I believe we stopped by on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 PM and our piano was delivered the very next morning in pristine condition. Thank you Forte Piano for helping us find a piano that we'll have for a long time in our family!
