Broadway Hot & Honey Chicken

I've been dying to try this place out for a few months now, and finally made plans to go. The guy at the counter was very nice and helped me with all my questions. When the food got to the table it all looked amazing, but unfortunately there were some issues.

To start one of the sandwiches was not supposed to have blue cheese and it even said that on the receipt that came with the order. Second our colossal mozzarella stick was pretty much cold and the cheese was not melted at all. Also our fries were cold as well. Lastly I ordered the 2 piece butter milk wings. This item was $6 and I only received 2 wingettes. A wing consists of 2 parts the flat and the drumette, so bc they were cut i should have received 4 pieces. Also I was surprised to see they no longer had mac and cheese available.

The positive side was the food was well seasoned and tasted very good. The place was clean and service was good as well.

I feel I will give them another try, but it'll be a while bc it is a drive to get there.

Staff is always friendly and attentive to your needs. But unfortunately you drumsticks are heartbreaking and most of your fried chick is over cooked. There frying the chicken so fast to get the order out and its understandable so the wait is not so long. But the downside is burt extra fried crispy chicken that the breading is not edible. When you guys first opened omg that chicken was amazing. But now its heartbreaking that such a good spot has gone down hill. Everyone i know has the same complaints and have stop going. I went today to give it another shot for the last time and the pictures im posting will say it all. Breading hard burnt no way I could eat that. When you have that much breading you cant afford for it to be nonedible. Sorry cant come back till you guys fix this issue.

This was my family’s second visit. The atmosphere was great. I love the art work on the walls. The place is kept clean and the restrooms are clean. We ordered a Nashville Hot sandwich, Morning Glory sandwich and a Hornet’s Nest. My husband and I split our sandwiches and my dad ate the Nashville Hot. He said it was delicious. I truly enjoyed the Morning Glory as I’m more of a clean eater, although the Hornets Next was delicious, I gravitated more towards the Morning Glory. My children ate chicken tenders and waffles. Of course I helped them eat them and they were delicious as well!!! lol the honey served with them are delicious. We had Brussel sprouts with the hot honey and fries to share. Absolutely amazing!!!! The staff came by our table several times to check on us and clean up as we finished our food. Believe me… not a crumb left. We totally recommend the establishment. Pictures posted are from our first visit, then I had Honey Bee sandwich. Also delicious.

Our first time here and we had a great experience. Henry was awesome and the Oreo Cookie was the best I’ve had.
Food is good and plenty and the music is on point. Thanks for a great time. Will definitely be back.

We just had our first visit here, and we are absolutely amazed! The food was out of this world—seriously, a solid 10/10! It exceeded all our expectations. Just a heads up, the portions are huge! My husband and I shared a Nashville wrap and some loaded fries, and we were so full, but it was worth every bite! We can’t wait to come back. Plus, Allen was super helpful while we were ordering. He answered all my questions and was so friendly throughout our meal, even clearing our tray at the end. What a great experience!
