The dog park is really big , ideal for dogs to be free and explore, but the times I've gone some dogs have gotten attacked by other dogs. So I would recommend keeping a tight eye on your dog when interacting with other dogs. Other than that the park is clean, spacious, and nice for all kinds of dogs.
Nice park, it just gets pretty crowded sometimes but they have a pretty clean restroom (not in colder months)
I love taking my dog Arlo to Brookldale Dog Park! He always has such a great time running around and playing other pups. I love that this dog park is nice, spacious and has obstacle courses for the dogs. It is also nice to meet all the other pups and talk with fellow pet parents!
Best dog park in the area! Both the small and large dog areas have tons of room, plus water fountains, agility equipment (esp. in the large dog area), lots of benches, and other nice amenities. The abundance of trees make it one of the prettier dog parks around, and a great place to bring your pooch on a hot day! Gets a very friendly and, for the most part, responsible crowd.
The best dog park in the area! It is so big and spacious and the small dog area as well as the big dog area have time-out areas, water dispensers, some agility structures, poop bags, and benches for people to relax and watch their dogs.
As a regular I have noticed that the best times to go if you are a little nervous about bringing your dog are morning times during weekdays, or early afternoons during weekdays as well. Weekends tend to be a little hectic and you are more likely to encounter owners on their phones and not being as attentive to their dogs.
If possible do not bring your own dog toys as some dogs might be possessive and it might create aggressiveness. But if you don’t mind about leaving the toy there then all the dogs can enjoy to play with it!
Great experiences ant the park and the people that we have encountered are lovely!
