Love Brookdale Park. This place is just magical. It has so many tracks or loops to walk around, a dog park, a rose garden and a race track. Great place to workout or just chill and have a picnic.
Beautiful space for a picnic, jogging, walking, and overall outdoor experience. Very clean and quiet. You may see some visitors like deers 🦌
This seems to be a nice park to take a stroll in. I walked all around the entire park and I accidentally caught cheeks being clapped. This was not something family or kid friendly and it was very visible and shameful. It was a bad day to have eyes, ruined my mood, atleast have some decency and hide better instead of all the junk being out in the open.
I grew up playing at this park. It'll always be nostalgic to me. Me and my parents went for the fireworks on July 3rd and they met up with a bunch of their friends, as pictured. My childhood friend come by to keep me company so we caught up and had a good time. I tried the Boomerang effect on Instagram out because I have soooo many years worth of firework pics and these are a new kind of look. All I gotta say is Foley Field finalé can not be beat.
The park’s numerous amenities and features cater to most visitors’s interests. Plentiful parking options across the park along the circle drive and in central parking near athletic field. My favorite feature of the park was well-cared compact rose garden. Paved and unpaved trails in wooded area of the park are nice for walking. You can get some mileage by walking the perimeter of the park. Not surprisingly, I have found out after the visit that its original design was done by Olmsted Brothers firm.
