Capital Health OB/GYN – Bordentown

Today I had an appointment with Dr Ashley Shemansky and when I tell you, I felt comfortable, the moment she walked into the room from the moment I left. Dr. Ashley not only made me feel comfortable, she asked all the right questions, was very thorough and patient with me. Its hard finding a doctor who cares but this was by far the best pap exam I have ever received. Dr. Ashley professionalism was top notch and hope to have her everytime I have a doctor's visit at this location. Lets not forget the ladies at the front desk, they were all so welcoming and polite.

At the start of my pregnancy I had no complaints using this location. When it come to my 20 week anatomy scan, they never submitted an authorization to have it done. I went to the hospital for the initial appointment that was scheduled 2 months in advanced and had to reschedule because they didn't have the authorization. I called, left messages in portal, and when I reached out to the person who handles the authorizations after two days of waiting, she was very rude and dismissive claiming she submitted it twice and now it's my turn to call my insurance to handle it. Insurance said they never received any authorizations from the office. My rescheduled appointment is for tomorrow and as I should not be stressing this because I am 6 months pregnant, the office has not provided anymore insight or help on the situation.

Their professionalism and compassion are truly remarkable. From the moment I walked into their office, I felt welcomed and understood. They take the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions thoroughly, and ensure I feel comfortable with every step of my treatment.

Dr. Diaz’s attention to detail and expertise instills a sense of confidence, while Dr. Miranda’s warm demeanor and encouragement have kept my spirits high during challenging times. Together, they create an environment where healing is not just about the physical aspect but also about emotional support and understanding.

I appreciate how they collaborate with each other, sharing insights and strategies that lead to the best possible outcomes for their patients. It’s evident that they genuinely care not just about the treatment, but about the whole person. I often find myself recommending them to friends and family, knowing that anyone who sees them will receive the same level of care and dedication that I have experienced.

In a world where healthcare can sometimes feel impersonal, Dr. Diaz and Dr. Miranda remind me of the true meaning of patient-centered care. I look forward to continuing my journey to health with them by my side

Dr. Granderson and staff were warm friendly and inviting. I only waited 5 minutes before being called to back. The Medical Assistant was very sweet and confident. The front desk staff were helpful and very polite. I’m a returning patient after 28 years. Dr. Granderson delivered both of my children and I was excited that I had the opportunity to be a patient of hers again. She definitely treated me with care, she provided me with her undivided attention and listen to my voice made sure that my health care concerns were important to her. I would recommend her 1000 times over. She is an excellent Provider.
