Rushed and Unhelpful Nurse Line Experience.
The nurse line felt rushed and impersonal. The person who answered seemed eager to end the call and didn’t confirm my message to ensure it was accurate. While I was told it would be relayed to the doctor, the interaction left me feeling unheard and brushed off.
Dr. Marriott is a rock star! She cares about what you say as a patient and is kind and considerate. The wait to get a first time appointment with her is well worth the wait for how amazing the care she gives to each of her patients!
I see Dr Shaismy Kudakachira and both her and her nurse are very kind, personable, professional, and I feel I have great service from them both. I know there are various Dr's here and different people have different experiences with others, but my experience with my dr is top-notch.
