Car Seat Cover - FH Group

For me it was not a good experience at all. I found them on Etsy and chose them because they were close to me enough to drive and see the actual product before buying. Ordered seat covers for Tesla, the selection of two materials, and by the way they looked i was happy with the order. I was surprised a little even though i offered to pay for the labor, I was told that "the guy who used to do that not here any more". Soon after I quickly learned why. The fitting process was not easy but that's not what was most important. The seats do not stay in the position at all ! they shift all the time. On the videos they oferred they have more clips that they had supplied. When calling customer service, i was explained that the design was changed due to assure proper airbag deployment (?). However the truth is the remaining clips do not hold their covers in place. Every time i enter or exit the car, i have to adjust them or they will slide out of position. I am thinking to order from another company, this was full waste of money !

Not worth it if you want to return them. I waited for them because they were out of stock. What I did get was in a box that had been taped up to the point I was fairly certain they were someone else’s return.

We ordered a set of custom fit car seat covers for our 2024 Subaru Forester and I was really impressed with the quality of the construction! They look good, they feel good and they stay on! They require a bit of tugging and pulling to get them installed on the seats since they fit so snuggly, but then they also don't move around as much as most other seat covers. I had an issue with a zipper on one of the seat covers and I contacted customer service at FH Group and they immediately sent me a replacement! I've never had such a quick and kind response from a business before! A good price for a great product.

The stitching on my order was done poorly and ripped. No worries, it happens, right? Well, when I reached out to customer service, they required a picture before they would offer assistance. I am disabled and can't use my hands. I paid to have them installed because of this. All I asked was that they send me a replacement part with a return label, and I would return the defective product. Still no help. Terrible customer service for a subpar product.

**UPDATE** After my post, customer service reached out and made it right by sending a new piece to replace the defective part. I'm glad this happened, but it should not have been so difficult to fix such a simple problem. Give them a try. Hopefully, my issue will help their service department improve. Outside of this issue, I am pleased with the product.
