I am writing to express my deepest appreciation and wholeheartedly recommend Caring Touch Home Care for the outstanding care and support provided to my 79 year old mother, Cynthia, for almost a year.
From my very first call to Joan during intake, to the daily interactions with the care team, every staff member has demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to my mother’s well-being. They have given me peace of mind ensuring my mom was well cared for, safe, and happy when I was feeling overwhelmed managing the care for my mom along my other daily responsibilities alone. Joan quickly alleviated those concerns.
All the caregivers have been incredibly competent, caring, and sensitive to my mother’s needs and condition, which can be difficult due to her limited mobility issues. They not only assists with essential duties like meal preparation, personal care, and light housekeeping, but they also go above and beyond, building a true rapport and offering valuable companionship that brightens my mother’s day.
The communication from the office staff has been seamless and very responsive. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns and are very understanding; making me feel involved in the care process of my mother.
Thanks to the dedicated care team, my mother has been able to remain comfortable and safe in her own home, which was my mother’s greatest wish. The peace of mind this has given our family is invaluable.

I found Caring Touch Home Care for a friend who needed care in the summer of 2023 and she gave me a great testimony about the care she received and is still receiving from Caring Touch Home Care. We found Caring Touch in October of 2023. My mother in law moved in with us and we needed help with day to day activities since both my husband and I work full time. I am so thankful that we found Caring Touch. They have such an amazing approach to home health care. The aides were all so friendly and kind and professional. We never had a single issue. My mother in law looked forward to the time she spent with them as well as everything they helped her with. They provided assistance with personal care, prepping her meals, her physical therapy she needed to do on her own and many other daily tasks. It was nice to have someone with her who was looking out for her when we were not able to. We even had a few overnights so my husband and I were able to have some time away. Sadly my mother in laws health was in a constant state of decline but Caring Touch was there every step of the way and adjusted as we needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help and companionship for their loved ones.

They have taken great care of my mother for the last two years. Joan works really hard to find good people and is very easy to reach and communicate with. Candice is wonderful!
