Recently, I ran into a major and very stressful hiccup with my health insurance and had no idea where to even begin fixing it so I could continue receiving the care I desperately need from Dr. May. That’s when I was blessed to connect with one of her office angels, Deena.

As many of us know, the front office experience is just as important as the care we receive from the doctor—they truly go hand in hand. Deena went above and beyond to help me navigate this overwhelming situation. I could literally hear her smile through the phone every time I called… and I called a lot. During a time when I felt deflated and worried, something as simple as her kindness and pleasant demeanor made a world of difference. Not only was she warm and reassuring, but she was also completely on top of everything that needed attention.

What makes her dedication even more remarkable is that she was preparing to go on maternity leave during all of this. Without me even asking, she made sure to explain my situation thoroughly to a coworker so I wouldn’t be left in the lurch.

I am beyond grateful for Deena’s kindness, compassion, and commitment. The world would truly be a better place with more Deenas in it!

Dr May has been amazing since day one of seeing her. She has always explained everything about my treatment plan in detail and answered all my questions. I felt I have been in good hands and feel confident about everything. I am past the treatment stage but I look forward to my follow up and routine visits with her each time. Highly, highly recommend her!!

I can't say enough kind words about Dr. May. She is compassionate, caring, loving, and understanding. She listens to concerns and takes time with you not matter how big or small it may seem. I wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment. Her nursing staff is kind and they all take such great care of us!
