ImageCare at Jefferson

The staff that performed my MRI are some of the nicest people I’ve encountered. They were extremely accommodating to my needs and cared about my well being. If I had the choice to go there everyday I would go back just because I know they are there. Set my mind as ease, even put me in a wheelchair and rolled me to the exit door of the building so I didn’t have to walk in pain. AMAZING!!! The nice woman at the front also very nice and helped me get the form back to the receptionist knowing I had trouble standing and walking. Attention to detail in the caring business is hard to find. Well I found at least 3 of them. Don’t question about going there. Just go and see for yourself.

I arrived at the Image Care Center located in Jefferson, and was greeted by a friendly receptionist with a smile. I did not have to wait long before the radiologist called me in for my ultrasound. She was professional and polite and talked me through the entire visit. The results were posted to MyChart the very next day. Fast and efficient service. I also appreciated the text appointment reminder and easy confirmation check-in too. The office was also very festive and decorated for the holidays. I adored the handmade wall art of two shadow women dressed in pink with pink ruffled hearts in the patient waiting area. Someone is very creative.

I had a CT Scan today. The so called tech was rude. I asked to use the restroom and he told me "that it will take 5 minutes for the scan. Can't you hold it?" I have renal cancer and he couldn't wait for me to use the restroom. I had surgery 2.5 weeks ago and had to have 10% of my kidney removed. I got up off of the table by myself being he was rude and then asks nicely if I needed him to show me out to the waiting room. I told him no! I dont need your help! What kind of a man can be so inconsiderate. I hope he doesnt treat his mother or partner the way he treats a patient. I will NEVER GO TO THE JEFFERSON IMAGING CENTER AGAIN!! They can close as far as I'm concerned. My daughter said the staff at the desk was making fun of all the people that dont know how to use the tablets. I got news for you people working there that some day you will be older and have a difficult time and see how it feels to be made fun of. How unprofessional can this staff be in one single office.

What a very friendly group of people! I wish I knew the man’s name that spent time with me. Did the injection for my PET scan and took my information. Was so super friendly and funny. Would’ve given him a hug! You guys are so wonderful. Thank you

Wonderful experience. Tech performing my Ultrasound was wonderful. She was great. I believe her name is Ann Marie. Shes the best. Highly recommend Image care at Jefferson to others. Very friendly and courteous staff. Five stars and a thumbs up.
