I bought a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan and I Am very happy. It was a Smooth transaction. Car is good.

I was in the market for a used car and a friend recommended I visit Cars with Deals. He had bought two cars here.

It was a great experience from the start. When I called, the sales guy, Ali, gave me great advice on the best way to finance a used car, even though it meant the dealership made less on the sale.

My schedule is busy so I was late arriving for the test drive but Ali kept the shop opened past its closing time.

Ali was knowledgeable about cars but also honest about what he didn’t know. The car I bought was below market value but it was in great shape. Ali told me the only thing I’d likely need to change were the two front tires, and when I brought it to my mechanic, he looked it over and said the exact same thing.

We’re very happy with the deal we got and the car itself is just great.

It’s not easy to find a good used car dealership, and I would highly recommend Cars with Deals.

I inquired about a car last week through the website and the response back was immediate. I was busy so asked if I could call the next day and they said yes. Spoke to a gentleman (forgot to get his name) and he answered my questions and offered to work on getting me a deal for the car I was interested in. My credit is crap, so I wasn't expecting much, but he did respond back with a deal that wasn't that bad considering. Unfortunately, the first time we spoke I said I was interested in their offer of free extended warranties with car purchases, as stated on their website. When buying a used car I like the piece of mind it brings. It wasn't until after I was told the terms of the deal that I was informed that, with the deal they were giving me, the warranty wasn't possible. They explained why and I completely understood. But had it been brought up when I originally inquired about it I would have been very hesitant before letting them run a hard inquiry on my credit. That was enough to make me think twice about purchasing here at this particular time. They did offer to bring the car to my mechanic to have it pre inspected though! I ended up not buying the car and went somewhere else, but I was definitely happy with their fast communication and willingness to answer my questions and try to get me a workable deal. Given my circumstances I think the deal, had I chosen to get the vehicle, would have been very fair. I was happy with the service despite not buying
