I was hesitant about leaving my brand new car at this shop but due to location and a recommended repair shop by the insurance company, I ignored my instincts and went with them. The repair was excellent from what I can see. You never knew the car was hit but I have to say I am removing a star for customer service and star for cleanliness. My car was returned with the mats filthy. They didn’t use cover the mats while repairing the car and didn’t even offer a car wash vacuum service or cleaned it themself. This was a brand new 2025 car when it was given to them for repair. Very disappointed!!! Again the repair work, I have no complaints!
I would like to say that my experience with CARSTAR was very impressive one. I like the manner in which, they kept me updated while they were working on my vehicle ,they are very professional, they have done an excellent job , my vehicle looks clean as hell. I will most definitely recommend using their services.
