I purchased a sclerotherapy Groupon and it was such a great decision for my health. I didn’t know what to expect when I booked the appointment but upon arriving I was greeted by friendly staff. I went in to get the ultrasound and I learned so much about my vascular health which is really important. The PA-C Glenys Hernandez was super informative and helped me ease my mind when I was getting the treatment. She is also super generous with her application. It does hurt a little but it’s definitely tolerable. After the treatment it looks a little worse than before but for me in just two weeks it was all completely healed and I am so happy to have gone through the process. I love my results and can’t wait to go back to take care of the rest of my spider veins.

This place is amazing. Everyone was so caring and helpful. I have vein issues and never go back to follow up but this time I hit the jackpot! I’ll be back and look forward to seeing improvement on my legs! Glenys and all the staff were kind and attentive keeping me occupied during my procedure. I am truly grateful.

City Surgical Care's staff is professional, pleasant, and has a good sense of humor. The facility was immaculate, well organized, and conveniently located in the Upper East Side, Manhattan, and West Caldwell, NJ. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen by the doctor.
Chief Vascular PA, Glenys Hernandez was extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and provided the highest standard of vascular care. She took her time to develop a comprehensive plan and explain minimally invasive procedures that would be used to treat painful and complex varicose and spider veins. The treatments required only mild sedation and post-operative care and follow-up appointments were well-organized and efficient.

Due to the complexity of my vascular system, it took a few months to complete the treatment and achieve optimal cosmetic appearance and significant improvement in overall quality of life.
