Urgent care wasn’t as quick as I expected despite calling ahead of time. Plus the doctor wrote a prescription for antibiotics but future dates it to be 2 weeks out. I had a hard time with the pharmacy to get it filled immediately. The pharmacy had to call the doctor to get it fixed. Lost valuable few hours. If simple things are not done right. I am not sure of the credibility of these folks.
I was very disappointed to overhear the caregiver that visited with me, talking about my situation outside the room After he shared with his colleague. I think it’s completely unprofessional not to mention a potential HIPAA violationto discuss patient information and not recognize the patients can hear everything that is being heard and said.
I have been coming to this urgent care for a long time and have always trusted this place. However, today was the first time I felt truly disappointed.
I had a confirmed 5:30pm appointment (I even arrived early at 5:00pm as the message instructed). I was taken to a room and then left waiting for almost an hour and a half with absolutely no communication. No one checked on me at all, even though I was not feeling well and had a headache. It really felt like I was forgotten.
What made this experience worse is that when I stepped out, I saw staff chatting, laughing, and talking casually. I also overheard someone saying that appointments were not needed, which was confusing and unprofessional—especially because I clearly received an official appointment confirmation message.
Another thing that concerns me is that I used to come here as a self-pay patient and was always treated well and seen quickly. Today was the first time I used my insurance, and I felt ignored and overlooked. I truly hope this was not the reason for the lack of care.
This has never happened to me here before, which makes today’s visit even more upsetting. I hope management takes this seriously. Patients deserve communication, respect, and proper attention—especially when they have a confirmed appointment and are not feeling well.
Came here at 28 weeks pregnant because of swelling and severe pain on my left foot. The receptionist was very professional and welcoming. The office is very clean. They got me in right away and the doctor was able to explain my options thoroughly. She recommended I’d go to ER but assured me I would be fine and made me feel very comfortable in explaining everything in detail to her. I received a follow up call from the office because they wanted to know if did end up going to the ER and overall how I was recovering. I’m very grateful for their help, their knowledge, their kindness, professionalism, and advice. I highly recommend this urgent care office and I will make sure to go to them for anything else.
