I and my wife had a travel plan, spoke with a marketing person, and he set up my appointment the very next day with same-day results of PCR. the process was a little longer to go with but happy with his behavior and helping us travel on time. I showed up 15 minutes early and was finished by the time of my actual appointment. I’ll go back here! if needed for quick results for traveling.

I set up an appointment on Tuesday to get tested on Wednesday. Appointment time set for 10:10. I show up 10 minutes before as instructed at the address they provided me. Nobody is at the testing location. I call clarity labs and they say check inside the building. I do. Nobody there. I call back and explain exactly that. "Oh someone is on their way, they'll be there in 15 minutes." I am at least one of ten other people all in this same predicament and it's safe to say no one here is impressed with this lack of organization and communication. I was taken 50 minutes after the scheduled appointment time after they sent the necessary parties to administer the test. That part was smooth, easy and professional. I received the results via email the very next day.

I took my daughter to be tested at the Cedar Knolls location and was very happy with service and staff. Marly Colondres really made my daughter feel comfortable for the test and I was so grateful for it! Thank you so much for your great service and professionalism!

Marley at the Cedar Knolls lab was wonderful with my 14 year old nephew that is on the spectrum. She was very patient and kind with him. She went out of her way to make him feel as comfortable as possible. We are very grateful.

I went to Clarity Labs for Covid testing (the Cedar Knolls location). Marly was the person working that day and she was incredibly helpful. Not only did she explain the test and administer it with care, she was informative and professional. I would definitely refer more friends and family to use their services if they need it.
