The staff at Complete Care at SHREWSBURY are all 5 star. I was on the first floor and will miss all those friendly faces. My PT and OT staff helped me to a quick recovery. I hope everyone has a wonderful Holiday and A healthy New Year.
Oasis was amazing Rosina and Deb from the kitchen always made sure my dietary needs were met. Staff on floor were attentive and nice Kush from Pt was sweet and class was fun Dana always made sure all my concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend Complete Care at Shrewsbury.

From the moment my grandmother arrived, they treated her like an absolute queen. 👑 This has been one of the most difficult, painful, and scary times in her life, and the love and care she received here brought our whole family so much comfort. Every single person — from the aides, to the nurses, to the therapy team, to the staff who interacted with her — showed her kindness, patience, and genuine compassion.
They made her feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. You can tell they don’t just do a job… they care about their residents. Seeing my grandmother smile again, relax, and trust the people around her meant everything.

Staff has done an absolutely fantastic job at making sure all my needs were taken care of. The rehab team was unbelievable they really me helped achieve my goals. I was in the oasis unit which is absolutely beautiful and really well kept. The staff there are super attentive and helpful. Thank you to all the team for doing this for me!!
My stay at Complete Care at Shrewsbury was a very positive experience. The facility is clean and well maintained, and many of the staff truly go above and beyond. Dr. Donlon was excellent, and I want to thank Dottie, Jessie, Roxana, Jeremy (PT), Tamara (OT), Mimi, and Joe for their kindness and professionalism. Therapy was outstanding and the nursing staff were caring and supportive. Administrator Jason Gibbs was very responsive to my concerns and made changes quickly to improve my experience. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. Loved Lincoln also, super friendly dog.
