From the front desk to the Nurse Case Manager to the 2nd floor Nursing staff and aides - they are all AWESOME. We have had great care and CARING! The team at Hackensack Meridian Nursing and Rehabilitation (now COMPLETE CARE) is fabulous. The doctor in charge has been outstanding. We are lucky to have the care for our family member that has been shown to him since his admittance (twice now in less than 90 days). Hopefully, with the takeover by a new company, this will continue.
