Isabel was great. I made an error on my appointment date and she still was kind enough to accommodate us. She was excellent with my son who is squirmish when getting a haircut. The haircut was also very nice.
I went in to donate my hair for a kid in need, it was a simple enough experience; and the day of was as easy as it sounds. My only complaint, for which I dropped a star is because trying to schedule it was really difficult for no apparent reason. I called 4 to 5 times because I was initially told only one person knew how to do donation haircuts, and each time I was given different information or told to call again another time.
Outside of that, it is specialized on kids haircuts. I am neither one nor have one so I can't by any means be a proper judge. The kids and parents that visited while getting my cut all seemed happy tho; so if you, the reader, have one I'd say this is a choice place to bring them for a cut.
Claudia has done a great job w/ our baby’s first bang cut and first full cut even though baby was super fussy and would not sit still. Claudia was very careful and did such a great job of putting her at ease and making her laugh so she would keep her head still so Claudia could cut. The space is also so cheerily decorated and the online booking system is super convenient. We’ve always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!
Dominga is great!! Love the way she cuts my kids hair and is super patient.
However, wait time is terrible. Kids haircut appointments should not be scheduled for 15 minutes. 90% of the time kids do not cooperate and I have never been taken at my actual appointment time.
