This facility is very specious, clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any equipment. Excellent customer service. I enjoy going to this specific location.
It has a variety of classes, which I love to take. the Instructors are well educated, and know how to help.
The machines are always available, it's never too crowded.
It always smells clean, the bathrooms are always very clean.
They always have available personal trainers.
Amazing gym overall.
This gym is the best! I have been to multiple Crunch locations, including the ones in Wall, Woodbridge and Garwood, but the Livingston location is definetly my favorite thus far! Luis is great! He is friendly and welcoming .... The facility is very clean especially the women's locker rooms. The equipment was also spaced nicely and I felt like I wasn't cramped while working out like I sometimes feel in other locations. The staff are exceptional as well! An all around great place to get a good workout in. I will definetly be returning to this location the next time I am back up in the area!
My experience at this crunch was absolutely amazing. They fit all my needs with the equipment, different rooms, and versatility. I am happy I can now go to a gym that I can trust. The machines work well. The workers are very nice and welcoming. They also have a really nice selection of weights. I recommend this gym if you’ve never been to a gym before. When I met Luis Lorenzana, he made me feel comfortable and happy about this gym and he is a great worker.
I had the pleasure of being taken on a tour by Mike and he did an amazing job making me feel welcomed and matched the membership type that would best fit me. Luis was also super nice and helpful when assisting me setting up the app and on my phone. Big shoutout to their front desk team, they are so friendly and the gym is very nice and clean!
Been a member for a while, the gym is always clean. I always get greeted by the super friendly staff with smiles. In my 6 months being here the gym has been nothing but amazing very clean and organized!
