So far, my son is doing really well and discovering himself day by day through the IOP. He was hesitant at first but these people truly care. Even the few weeks he’s been there, he’s already changed mindset and behaviors. I’m so grateful.
Choosing Ctrl Care was truly the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, Angelo and the entire clinical team showed incredible care and dedication. Alexis and Sydnie went above and beyond in supporting our daughter, and Leo at the front desk always made us feel welcome and cared for.
What stood out most was the genuine bond our daughter developed not only with the team members, but also with the participants in the IOP. That sense of connection and support made all the difference in her journey.

Ms. Alexis is PHENOMENAL! She is patient, always positive, thorough, an attentive and caring listener, and has our family's best interests at heart. She looks at the big picture and is forward thinking, asking probing questions that create progress and plans of action. She's always measured and reasonable.
