While I thought everyone was pleasant and the office professionally organized, i found the overall experience unbalanced. The low force adjustment techniques were highly ineffective personally, and the "business manager" approach to guiding you through treatment modalities, payments and quick, often times unapproved billable steps not discussed (orthotics, back brace, etc). make it feel "mill like". PT instructions were given and helpful, I think the practice would benefit from a slower, more personalized, less immediate and high velocity billing approach. Post treatment interaction with their insurance interaction team (not sure if they are internal or externally outsourced) was full of friction and bad interactions.

Have been coming here for several years. Had buldging cervical and spinal discs all reversed. Low back pain and neuropathy. My toes that were turning blue are now stable and pink and will stay that way following all directives and treatments at home. My balance has improved and new exercises help relieve back pain. I am continuing with my chiropractor adjustments to keep everything in place. I am an Rn and experienced the ancient crunching from years ago. The new treatments are outstanding and work. I recommend all their services. I am eighty years old and feel great.

This has been the best experience. All of the staff are amazing. You are treated as an individual and not just a number. I would highly recommend the services that are provided here. I came here with severe back pain and due to the multifaceted treatments, I have improved immensely. Thank you to the fabulous staff.
