Excellent MD and staff. Took my husband and they were so friendly, professional and patient. Did an amazing check up on his eyes and spent much time explaining everything. Highly recommend

My family and I have been going to Dr. Covucci for more years than I can remember. Caring service has always been the highest priority for both Dr. Covucci and her staff. The office is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile when needed, not that they have to but because they want to. Patients are treated with compassion as if they are family; a point I can’t emphasize enough.
Sure it can be difficult at times to schedule an appointment if you’re trying to make it for the next day or week, but what doctor’s office can you if they are that popular with the patients. If it’s an emergency the staff have always managed to fit us in QUICKLY. If it’s a routine visit just be flexible and Plan Ahead. Yes, this office is busy because the patients know they are being well cared for both by the doctor and her exceptional staff.

I never do reviews, but feel compelled to do so after reading McCarthys review as it is the complete opposite of mine and my family’s experience. I agree that Doctor Covucci is the absolute best and caring doctor. Where I strongly disagreed is the staff they are the most pleasant courteous girls you will ever find at any doctors office. They away greet you with a smile and a happy attitude. Recently I have some eye issues and the girls always find a way to accommodate me. I have 6 family members that have been going to Dr Covucci for years and they all say the same thing 5 stars!..

Absolutely amazing experience. Everybody was so nice & knowledgeable. Aria was super helpful in getting me into the office, walking me through the paperwork, and getting me the prescriptions I needed. I was extremely impressed with the equipment that they were using & I left feeling confident that my problem will be healed thanks to the love & care the staff at Andover Eye Care provided. Highly recommend!!!!!!
