Dance A Lot Ballroom Studio

It was an absolute pleasure working with Georgi for my now wife and my first dance routine. We went into these lessons with pretty much zero dance experience. Georgi made us feel confident in ourselves even when we would doubt our abilities he made the lessons fun and we learned so much during our short sessions with him. My wife and I received many compliments after our first dance routine and we felt amazing doing it. We would 1 million percent recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their dance skills.

My fiancé Joe (now husband!) and I took private dance lessons at Dance A Lot to prepare for our wedding. Georgi, the owner and our instructor, not only choreographed a beautiful routine for us, but also created a custom-edited version of our wedding song. The music, lyrics, and choreography were perfectly synchronized — even down to the exact moment the sparklers went off!

I have a bit of dance experience, but Joe had none. Georgi took on the challenge with patience, creativity, and care — and the result was absolutely magical. At our wedding, guests were cheering, some even crying, and we’re still receiving compliments to this day!

We’re so grateful to Georgi and Dance A Lot for helping make our special day unforgettable. We loved it so much, we even came back in September to take couples salsa lessons!

We cannot recommend Dance A Lot enough! From the very first lesson, they made us feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited about learning our first wedding dance. Neither of us had any dance experience, but Georgi was so patient, encouraging, and fun to work with.

He choreographed a beautiful routine that matched our song perfectly and felt uniquely us. The dance was a huge hit and one of the most special moments of our wedding, leaving everyone speechless.

I searched for weeks for a dance instructor who could help me with my first dance with my husband at our wedding, along with the father/daughter dance (which was a breakout dance). Georgi came highly recommended from previous brides. I was nervous, as my dance skills are average, and I wanted to make the dances memorable. From the first day we met Georgi, I knew we were in good hands. Georgi, along with Melannie and Adriana, were all exceptional. They put together the most incredible first dance, which included lifts, spins, dips, etc. The whole 9 yards! Georgi went as far as seamlessly mashing up songs for the father/daughter breakout dance. The father/daughter dance was so special – it made my wedding guests cry and then laugh after we broke out into a fun dance (pictures attached).

Georgi customized the dances to the perfect level of difficulty based on our individual dance level/skills. We had such an amazing time at the lessons and genuinely looked forward to them each time. We absolutely adored Melannie, an instructor there, and found her tips and meticulous nature to be so helpful. She was very forthright, which helped to ensure the dance was PERFECT!

My dad lives far, so we would meet up at the studio, have our dance lesson, and then get coffee at a nearby café, or breakfast at a Juany’s Café (both are a 3-minute walk away). Those days were so special, and something I’ll hold near and dear to my heart forever. Thank you to Georgi, Melannie, and Adriana for playing a big role on our special day!

One of the best decisions my father, husband, and I (the bride) made was working with Georgi to create our most memorable first dance experiences. Georgi really took his time to perfect the editing of our song choices to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. What impressed me the most was Georgi's patience and attention to detail throughout all our sessions. With different levels of dance experience, he curated a dance that was achievable and well suited to match our personalities and abilities. Georgi gave us the confidence to perform our dances flawlessly on our wedding day and from the cheering from all our guest- we exceeded our own expectations.
